Requirements

• Setup, operate, and monitor complex folding machinery
• Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Train and mentor new and existing employees
• Delegate tasks effectively to enhance team productivity
• Maintain accurate and detailed records related to equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
