As a Property Associate Claim Representative, you will receive comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation, and will work on developing your skills and knowledge to successfully manage 1st party property claims.

Requirements

• Actively participate in structured training classes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems
• Demonstrate openness to continuous learning
