Senior Architect (Domain Driven Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Architect with experience in cloud-native technologies, APIs, AI/ML, and emerging platforms to join our Enterprise Technology Solutions organization. The ideal candidate will design and guide the technology vision that enables business transformation, specializing in creating enterprise-wide solutions that bridge current capabilities with future possibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in technology related field or equivalent
• 8 years of architecture experience
• Strong architecture, Domain Driven experience, and recent hands-on engineering experience with modern technologies
• Leadership & Influence: Advanced leadership skills with the ability to take action even when there is no clear owner, inspire and motivate others, and be effective at influencing team members
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Extensive experience working an agile operational model, insurance technology experience preferred, understanding of value creation and business capability models, strong knowledge of the insurance industry
• Strong and effective verbal, written and listening communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teammates to achieve mutually responsible results
• Extensive experience exercising sound judgment, making decisions and committing to a position
