Travis Credit Union’s Insurance Services Specialists are responsible for the operational support of insurance and debt protection products. They ensure members are well-informed and their needs are met when responding to unexpected life events.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient mathematical and analytical skills including reworking loan accounts, adjusting payment history and balancing general ledger reports
