Customer Service Advisor

An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and passionate organisation as part of their busy Customer Service team. This is a temporary position initially to cover a busy period but opportunities could arise in a permanent capacity. The role involves providing first class customer support through inbound and outbound calls, being the first point of contact for orders, enquiries and issues, and undertaking procedural and administrative tasks.
