Requirements
- A first experience in B2B account management, customer success, or customer retention
- Data-driven: comfortable with data analysis and can draw conclusions to improve performance
- Commercial spirit: identifies opportunities and can highlight the added value of our solutions
- Excellent relational skills: inspires trust and can establish solid relationships with partners
