Plant Manager

We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead our Marietta, GA plant. As a key player, you will shape a supportive and engaging work environment and have complete ownership and accountability for overall plant operations. The role involves making strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, safety, throughput, cost reduction, productivity, schedule compliance, and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience leading in a union environment is preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
