Sanitation Supervisor

As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will oversee all sanitation within the Lancaster, PA, plant, a manufacturer of high-quality pretzels, and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations, while fostering a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to sanitation workers
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and sanitation protocols and company policies
• Conduct training and development programs for new hires and existing staff
• Monitor and evaluate worker performance and provide constructive feedback
• Oversee all cleaning and basic repair activities in compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Actively participate in Food Safety & Quality continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to conduct audits and improve and enhance food safety and sanitation standards
