Training Supervisor

The Training Supervisor will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs that support operational excellence and employee growth at TreeHouse Foods' Princeton, KY plant. The role will be responsible for managing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training initiatives across the facility, aligned with TreeHouse Foods' training standards.

Requirements

• Develop well-structured technical training materials for production equipment and lines.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure clear understanding among participants.
• Analyze information and apply logical problem-solving to address work-related challenges.
• Work and communicate closely with leaders across the site to enhance information sharing, performance support, and training delivery.
• Develop high-quality, detailed training documentation that meets THS standards and aligns with its intended audience.
• Update training materials to reflect process improvements and adapt facilitation techniques to accommodate different learning styles and select appropriate communication mediums, such as manuals or online videos.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of technical writing.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of training and documentation.
• Partner with site leadership to assess training needs and shape the training and development agenda.
