Job Description
Sales Associate role at Trek Store Cow Hollow in San Francisco, California. Provides incredible hospitality to customers, changes the world by getting more people on bikes, and has opportunities to learn and grow. Competitive benefits and a fun company culture.
Requirements
- Develop sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year
- Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology
- Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules
- Complete Daily Task List assignments
- Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards
- Complete weekly Cycle Counts
- Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles
- Prep customer bikes for service by Service or Production Technicians
