Sales Associate - Part Time Seasonal

We're looking for a Sales Associate to provide incredible hospitality to our customers and change the world by getting more people on bikes. As a Sales Associate, you'll develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.

Requirements

• Develop sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience
• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules
• Complete Daily Task List assignments
• Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards
• Complete weekly Cycle Counts
• Assemble, or pre-assemble, new bicycles
• Prep customer bikes for service by our Service or Production Technicians
