A Seasonal Sales Associate position at Trek, where you'll provide incredible hospitality to customers, learn about bikes and products, and contribute to the company's mission of getting more people on bikes.
Requirements
- Develop sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets
- Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology
- Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards
- Assemble and pre-assemble new bicycles
- Complete weekly Cycle Counts
