Job Description
The Client Success Manager will build relationships with merchant partners, help them resolve issues, and drive increased usage of Trellus services. They'll act as a trusted advisor and educator, leading the creation of a Merchant Support Center and collaborating with sales to ensure excellent customer experience and revenue growth.
