Opérateur de machine - Jour

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a Machine Operator on a day shift to join their team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for starting, maintaining, and operating manufacturing equipment in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Work safely in accordance with all written and verbal safety rules and procedures
• Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned equipment
• Consistently meet or exceed production rates as defined by standards
• Perform routine inspections in accordance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Pack, label, and store products
• Provide cross-functional training on other production functions as needed by the company
• Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functioning
• Report and assist in resolving safety, quality, and mechanical problems
• Participate in the continuous improvement process
• Install and operate various secondary and offline equipment if necessary
