The Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team on the evening shift. The Machine Operator will start, repair, and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, with the goal of meeting or exceeding production rates set by standards.

Requirements

• Perform work safely, following all written and verbal safety rules and procedures
• Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machines
• Meet or exceed production rates set by standards
• Ensure that the product meets certain tolerances and specifications
• Perform routine inspections in accordance with quality standards
• Understand production instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Pack, label, and store products
• Provide cross-training on other production functions as needed by the company
• Clean and maintain the assigned area to ensure its proper functioning
• Report and assist in resolving safety, quality, and mechanical problems
• Participate in the continuous improvement process
• If necessary, set up and operate various offline and secondary equipment
