Opérateur de machine - Nuit

The Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Machine Operator to join its team on the night shift. The successful candidate will start, maintain, and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, meeting production rates and quality standards.

Requirements

• Perform work safely, following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures;
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining assigned machines;
• Meet or exceed the expected production rates according to the standards;
• Ensure the product meets certain tolerances and specifications;
• Perform routine inspections in accordance with quality standards;
• Understand production instructions;
• Maintain precise documentation;
• Package, label, and store products;
• Provide versatile training on other production functions as needed by the company;
• Clean and maintain the assigned area to ensure proper functioning;
• Report and assist in resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues;
• Participate in continuous improvement process;
• If applicable, set up and operate various offline and secondary equipment.
