The Technical Sales Representative ensures that assigned revenue, margin, and product mix objectives are met or exceeded by securing, developing, and managing key accounts in Northern California.
Requirements
- Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations
- Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities
- Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities
- Drives product specifications and project opportunities
- Develops trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers
- Manages day-to-day contact and exchanges information with customers
- Develops and delivers technical collateral and product prospectus
- Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate product knowledge training sessions
- Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings
