Job Description
Trend Micro is seeking a Head of Partner Intelligence and Development to lead a high-performing team focused on services-led partner enablement, AI-driven partner profiling, and partner ecosystem quality. The successful candidate will have experience in partner management, enablement, or services-related roles in B2B tech and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in partner management, enablement, or services-related roles in B2B tech
- Demonstrated team leadership experience with track record of building high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience with MSP/MSSP/SOC or service-integrator partner ecosystems
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains (XDR, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint, cloud platforms)
- Strong CRM and reporting skills with proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools
- Comfortable influencing across matrix organizations and building stakeholder trust quickly
- Self-motivated and autonomous—comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving results independently
- Fluent English required
