Regional Account Manager

Regional Account Manager will focus on building new clients and growing assigned territories by working closely with Technical, Channel Partner and Marketing teams. The Regional Account Manager will be the trusted advisor of Trend Micro, articulating and promoting the company's value proposition and services to customers.

Requirements

• Identify and pro-actively target prospects and existing clients
• Increase market share in defined territory objectives
• Work with relevant stakeholders to take the right value proposition
• Attain revenues goals per quarter allocation
• Develop relationships with ecosystem of alliances or technology partners
• Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR and Security Platforms like SIEM and SOAR
• Document and maintain all account information in Salesforce
• Communicate relevant information to stakeholders
• Build and maintain client contacts and relationships
• Consult customers on cyber security initiatives
