Join Trend Micro as a Senior Deal Desk Analyst and become part of a unique and diverse global family. As a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, you will manage complex sales transactions, ensure deal compliance, and optimize the quote-to-cash process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or related roles
- Proven success in Enterprise SaaS/B2B environments
- Experience with direct and channel sales models
- Track record of managing complex, high-value transactions
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), sales analytics, and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with contract analysis and legal term interpretation
- Ability to influence and partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of subscription billing models and license management
