Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to drive compelling demo's and proof of concepts, showcase our security automation capabilities, and help customers understand how to lower their time to identify and contain threats.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or diploma or combination of education and pre-sales experience in Security Software and Systems
• Experience working with various Microsoft/Linux software and systems
• Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Anti-malware, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Data Loss Prevention, File Integrity Monitoring, Email and Web Security, Syslog, SIEM solutions
• Understanding of MITRE Attack Framework and/or security operations center (SOC) functions
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Cloud Formation, Terraform etc.
• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, ECIH, CISSP, Linux/Solaris/UNIX System Administration
