Job Description
TreviPay is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist II to support B2B collection efforts, provide an elite customer experience, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and manage outstanding invoices.
Requirements
- Facilitate execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to support B2B collection efforts
- Provide elite customer experience in all interactions
- Meet/exceed departmental KPI's
- Demonstrate ability to meet/exceed quality and productivity performance expectations
