As a Business Development Manager, you will support and grow our business in the US focusing on Aerospace & Defense (A&D). Position responsibilities include all aspects of business development including generating revenue through new opportunities within our current customer base as well as additional new accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling electrical components, systems, or assemblies, preferably in Aerospace & Defense.
- Experience working directly with A&D prime contractors and end-user customers.
- Proven success in sales development, strategic planning, and forecasting.
- Strong technical product and application knowledge relevant to electrical components, systems, and assemblies.
- Familiarity with industry trends, customer needs, and technology advancements within Aerospace & Defense.
- Hunter mentality and self-starter.
- Strong market research, prospecting, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities at all levels of an organization.
