TRG is a global company that deals with Data Fusion and AI products for civilian protection. The company is looking for a Sales Operations Team Lead to oversee the operational side of the sales cycle and manage global company-wide purchasing.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, proposals, pricing, and contracts.
- Strong understanding of purchasing/procurement and supplier management.
- Excellent project management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and SaaS/technology companies.
