Job Description
Join Tri Counties Bank as a Business Relationship Manager I or II and represent the company you can be proud to represent. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will proactively identify business prospects, work closely with Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, and Retail Banking to acquire and expand business relationships, and present business lending and deposit solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in related field, preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for building and maintaining relationships with business clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to complete a high volume of work with accuracy.
