Requirements
- Develops proactive calling schedule within designated segments and industry to prospective operating businesses
- Self-sources operating business through calling activities and establishes complete client relationship
- Negotiates transactions and prices products within targeted rate of return
- Collaborates with other Bank lines of business and resolves client needs and internal issues
- Monitors and analyzes relationship plan results and account activities
- Maintains an awareness of competitive products, practices, rates and changes in market areas
