IT Senior Application Analyst I, II, III or Senior

Responsible for designing/documenting processes, system implementation, testing, and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues and work with business users on functional testing.

Requirements

• Analyze business processes and application needs to provide effective system support.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements; perform gap analysis and estimate impact with technical teams.
• Create clear functional specifications and collaborate with developers, QA, vendors, and stakeholders through design, testing, and deployment.
• Support system testing, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Develop user documentation and training, provide analyst guidance, and recommend enhancements, upgrades, and emerging technologies.
• Perform application administration including user maintenance and SSL certifications.
• Keep in touch with emerging technological trends, and standards in providing business users with requested functionality and on-going support.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
