ParkerStore Support Specialist

Provides customer service for in-store, email, and phone ParkerStore customers. Maintains personal relationships with existing store customers and develops relationships with new customers. Fabricates hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic hose assemblies to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Two to three years of related work experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees
• Reads and follow written work instructions
• Strong mathematical skills
• Utilizing tools such as tape measures, micrometers
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to handle products (inventory) up to 50 pounds
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to support after-hour emergency calls during nights and weekends
• Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge
• Knowledge of Prophet21 software and other vendor computer systems
