Lead Software Engineer C#/.NET ( for AI product)

Lead a small engineering team and help design smart, purpose-driven solutions for the Tricentis flagship product, VisionAI. Work on Cloud and AI technologies, and contribute to innovation, global exposure, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior or tech lead role
• Strong skills in C#,.NET Core, and building REST APIs
• Experience with test automation (unit, integration tests)
• Exposure to AI-based products or interest in this area
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
• Agile mindset – we work in Scrum or Kanban teams
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly
• Open to change – sometimes we need to shift direction quickly
• Curious mindset – you like learning new tech, tools, and approaches
