Lead Software Engineer - (Java)

We are looking for a Lead Java Engineer to join our R&D team in Vienna and help build a new cloud product for continuous testing and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate is a Java developer with an AI enthusiast mindset, strong focus on testing and code quality, and experience with cloud, APIs, and scalable systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering + 2+ years in a lead/senior role
• Strong Java (C#/.NET is a plus)
• Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, scalable systems
• Strong focus on testing and code quality
• Experience with AI coding tools
• Good communication and ownership mindset
