Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be graduates
• Degree in a relevant field including, but not limited to: Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Analytics, Other quantitative or commercially focused disciplines
• Strong academic performance demonstrating analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous information
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in global trade and commodity markets
• Mental agility and resilience in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
