• Collect orders from sales team and enter into ERP system
• Send order confirmations to customers
• Coordinate pickup and delivery dates for product shipments
• Keep track of past and current orders
• Prepare complete documentation for each shipment
• Manage claims related to product delivery
• Onboard new customers into ERP system
