Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and maintenance repairs. They will be responsible for ensuring timely repairs and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.
Requirements
- Skilled in repair and maintenance of building systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on call
- Minimum High school diploma
- College diploma or trades certification in relevant field preferred
