Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, maintaining safety and efficiency, and ensuring the property is running at the highest quality standard. This position requires working individually or in a team environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of systems and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade Program Certification highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools
• Knowledge of occupational Health & Safety requirements
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be self-driven and manage time effectively
