Job Description
Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage and complete service requests efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Skilled in installation, troubleshooting, repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs
- Experience in leveraging technology (laptop, iPad, iPhones, etc.)
- Ability to work on-call and overtime hours, as needed
- EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (At least Type II or Universal Certification required)
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years maintenance/construction background
