Job Description
Maintenance Technician III responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, focusing on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Provides excellent customer service and maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Skilled in installation, troubleshooting, repair of various systems and equipment
- Experience in leveraging technology, including laptops, iPads, and iPhones
- Ability to work on-call and overtime hours, as needed
- Ability to correspond effectively with team members, residents, and vendors
- EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (At least Type II or Universal Certification required)
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years maintenance/construction background
- Daily travel between properties
- Ability to work in environmentally and physically challenging working conditions
