Job Description
The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, focusing on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Skilled in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Experience in leveraging technology, including work order systems and inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to correspond effectively with team members, residents, and vendors.
- EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (At least Type II or Universal Certification required)
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years maintenance/construction background
