Job Description
Trident Construction Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, requiring travel to diverse job sites and coordination with subcontractors.
Requirements
- 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent delivering successful projects
- Healthcare project experience a must
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents
- Proficient in project management and scheduling software--Procore a plus.
