Assistant Nurse Manager - Inpatient Care Unit

The Assisted Nurse Manager (ANM) will serve as a 24/7 point of contact for their assigned area of responsibility within the inpatient care unit. This role involves patient care, service excellence, human resource management, fiscal management, quality improvement, and communication, with a focus on creating a positive and growth-oriented environment for staff. The ANM will also be a clinical resource, mentor, and a role model to the nursing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certification within specialty area
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Membership in a related professional organization preferred
• 1-2 years experience Clinical Nursing
• 1-2 years experience Progressive Leadership Nursing
