Job Description
TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patients through distributive and clinical functions. The Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and operate within policies and procedures to manage clinical and consultative services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- 1-2 years of pharmacy experience
- Valid Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio
- Prescription formula and mathematics for calculating dosage and quantity
- Working knowledge of all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations
