Job Description
Become an Essential Part of Patient Care as a Clinical Pharmacist! As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
- Strong knowledge of prescription formulas and dosage calculations
- Working knowledge of all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist (inpatient or infusion pharmacy experience preferred)
