Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Staff Alliance Manager to join their Alliance Management team. The role will involve managing key accounts, customer programs, and contractual relationships. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in commercial customer-facing alliance management or a related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant direct experience in commercial customer-facing alliance manager/project/program management or a role
- Experience as a cross-functional leader with demonstrated life sciences/chemistry manufacturing operations results
- Experience Implementing and improving chemical or biopharma manufacturing processes and/or procedures
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) methodologies
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, such as NetSuite, required
- Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Experience with 21 CFR 820, ICH Q7, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 13485 requirements a plus
- Ability to assist in facilitating progressive change
- Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to manage stress and balance competing demands in a high throughput environment
- Time Management Skills and familiarity with goal setting
- Leadership qualities including conflict management and motivation techniques
- Ability to travel <25% of the time
