The Installation Technician role plays a critical role in delivering, assembling, and installing commercial kitchen equipment for customers.
Requirements
- Safely unload trucks and handle products to minimize damage during transport.
- Assemble and set up commercial kitchen equipment according to specifications and customer requirements.
- Assist with construction tasks such as erecting walk-in coolers/freezers and hanging exhaust hoods.
- Logistics and Maintenance: Load tools and equipment onto trucks, ensuring proper securing for transport.
- Conduct daily inspections and cleaning of trucks to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect installations with contractors and customers to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly using computer tablets.
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager regarding job progress and any issues that arise.
- Track expenses incurred during projects and adhere to company procedures.
