Business Systems Analyst Intern

Trimble is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Intern to join their team. The role will involve working closely with the Business Systems and technical teams to understand, document, and improve business system processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, attention to detail in documentation, and a curious approach to researching technical systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging technical knowledge to identify process gaps and clearly define solutions.
• Can effectively interpret technical documentation and language and translate it into clear, business-friendly language that is easily understood by stakeholders.
• Familiarity with documentation tools, such as Confluence, or the aptitude and willingness to learn.
• A collaborative spirit ready to work independently or as part of a high-performing team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
