Business Systems Analyst Intern

Trimble is seeking a motivated and curious intern to join their team as a Business Systems Analyst. The role will involve working closely with business and technical teams to understand, document, and improve business system processes, with a focus on customer-facing systems. Key responsibilities include streamlining support procedures, validating and documenting processes, researching and documenting business rules and logic, providing technical support, and creating detailed user documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into clear business-friendly language
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence
• Collaborative spirit and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Proven experience in documenting processes and procedures (bonus skill)
• Experience with tools such as Miro, Jira, and Salesforce (bonus skill)
• Solid grasp of integrated systems workflows, especially within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) context (bonus skill)
