Corporate Counsel, Channel and Commercial

Trimble is looking for a proactive and pragmatic Corporate Counsel to help navigate complex global distribution and antitrust landscapes while driving the company's mission to connect the physical and digital worlds.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience with a deep focus on commercial, distribution, and antitrust law
• Proven expert in global competition laws, specifically those impacting complex sales channels
• J.D. and active bar membership in Colorado in good standing (or willingness to become licensed in Colorado)
• Master of complex transactions, with extensive experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating legal complexity into clear business solutions for a variety of stakeholders
