Technical Customer Support Professional

The TechOps Engineer plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and deployment of Application solutions on hosted and on-prem customer servers. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross functional Teams and stakeholders to plan deployment activities.
• Develop deployment strategies, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of deployment plans.
• Understand the technical aspects of the deployed systems or software.
• Provide guidance and support to teams involved in the deployment process.
• Identify technical challenges or risks and propose solutions or workarounds.
• Assist end-users in understanding and utilizing the deployed systems or software.
• Provide training sessions to familiarize users with new functionalities as required.
• Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain deployment documentation:
• Including procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
• Prepare deployment progress reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Document and track any deployment-related issues or risks for future reference.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the deployment process and enhance efficiency.
• Propose and implement process improvements, automation, or tools to streamline deployments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to deployment methodologies.
