Seeking a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead distributed engineering teams and drive delivery of complex projects across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Salesforce leader managing distributed teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating Salesforce data and solving complex implementation challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
- Detail-oriented with ability to identify critical Salesforce issues impacting revenue processes.
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in Salesforce architecture and integrations.
- Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
- Interpersonal skills to navigate challenging Salesforce implementations and deliver customer-ready solutions.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and mentoring Salesforce engineers and managers.
- Ability to make effective, timely decisions in fast-paced Salesforce project environments.
- Interpersonal skills to successfully navigate challenging situations and effectively deliver products to end customers
- Ability to hire, coach, and mentor engineers and fellow managers on a continuous basis
