We are seeking a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead distributed engineering teams and drive delivery of complex projects across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
Requirements
- Hire, build, and manage globally distributed Salesforce engineering teams.
- Plan and execute longâterm strategies for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Understand and improve engineering KPIs, with a focus on Salesforce platform performance and scalability.
- Manage 3+ engineers with direct reports.
- Oversee 2+ Salesforce engineering teams focused on CPQ/Billing solutions.
- Conduct managerial interviews and mentor engineering managers in Salesforce hiring practices.
- Generate and implement process improvements for Salesforce development, testing, and release management.
- Drive psychological safety and inclusivity across Salesforce engineering teams.
- Draft quarterly OKRs and Salesforceâspecific KPIs.
- Improve product quality, security, and performance within Salesforce implementations.
- Identify training needs and talent development opportunities in Salesforce CPQ/Billing.
- Lead R&D projects to explore new Salesforce features and integrations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance stakeholders to design scalable quoting, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Propose budgets and resource plans for Salesforce programs.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide project updates.
- Attend Salesforce workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
- Train new employees on Salesforce onboarding and development practices.
- Support personal growth of team members, aligning ambitions with organizational Salesforce goals.
- Generate Salesforce roadmaps and provide longâterm vision for CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud adoption.
