Job Description
As a Technical Support Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and be given challenging tasks to prepare you for your career journey. You will work closely with teams to develop technical support and onboarding resources, and learn to utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service or customer-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English language)
- Ability to collaborate with team members both in person and virtually
- Strong problem solving skills
